* The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and value.
* All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers that will be delivered. Flowers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your order.
What methods of payment are acceptable?
We accepts VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
What if I want to cancel my order?
In these cases the full amount will be refunded to your credit card if you notified us at least 24 hours before the delivery date. However a administration fee of $10 will apply. The order can not be cancel on the delivery date, we can however change the delivery address and there may be additional costs involved.
What happens if I supply the wrong address?
Please always check your details before placing an order and supply a telephone number just incase delivery is difficult. If an incorrect address is supplied a redelivery fee of up to $15 AUD to cover costs may be charged.
What if the receiver is not home when delivered?
If the receiver is unavailable to receive the delivery, the florist will either:
– leave a note on the recipients door or in their letter box asking them to call the florist and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery (charges may occur for re-delivery), or – leave the arrangement at the door if safe to do so.
Place your order by 1pm AEST (Monday to Friday) for same day delivery. Orders received after 1pm will be delivered next working day. Most of our deliveries are made between 8am-5pm to Business addresses and 8am-7pm to residential addresses (Monday to Friday).
No deliveries are available on weekends and public holidays. We can not guarantee specific delivery times. If you require a specific delivery time, please write it in the delivery instructions or indicate it to one of our operators. We will do our best to deliver it on time and if the delivery requires a special courier it will be at the customers expense.
